Digital products

All products are digital downloads (PDF, fillable PDF, GoodNotes and flashcard files). Nothing is shipped. After you pay, Sellfy emails you a download link, and you can also download right away from the checkout page.

License: what you can do

Personal and family editions (binders, trackers, bundles, pregnancy planner, Medical Spanish and interpreter study tools): print or use as many copies as you need for your own household, or for your own study. You may not resell, share the files publicly, or upload them to another site.
Clinic License and Clinic Signs Kit: unlimited printing for patients and staff at one physical site.
Program License (Medical Spanish): unlimited students within one program.
Multi-site or organization-wide use needs a separate license. Email us and we'll set it up.

Refunds

Because the files are delivered instantly, sales are generally final. We'll make it right if:

a file is damaged, won't open, or is missing pages: we'll send a working copy, or refund you if we can't fix it;
you bought the same item twice by accident, or bought an edition and meant to buy the bigger one: we'll refund the duplicate, or credit the difference toward the upgrade;

Email hello@amboshealth.com within 14 days of purchase with your order email. Etsy and Amazon purchases follow those platforms' own policies.

Not medical advice

These are organizing and communication tools. They do not replace a medical professional, a qualified interpreter, or emergency care. In an emergency, call 911. Medical Spanish and interpreter materials support learning; they are not a certification and do not replace a qualified medical interpreter for important conversations.

Liability

Products are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
